Taken from the site Equilibria art :

"This is not a novel for moralists, puritans and baciapile. And even less for boys and boarders. Here we talk about spiritual things highly, but also of bodies in the flesh, sky and earth, Heaven and Hell. So if you have not the right age, you follow my advice: immediately close the book and hand it to the parents or a teacher. You will make a good impression and not just between us, you can always go and read in secret. Evil will not let you. Because basically it's just a love story, like those that have enchanted us for centuries and moved: Theseus and Ariadne, Dido and Aeneas, Abelard and Heloise, Paolo and Francesca, Tristan and Isolde, Romeo and Juliet, Othello and Desdemona, Aida and Radames, and so on. The difference is that the stories I just mentioned all end in tragedy, while the one I'm about to tell you does not end in tragedy, indeed, not all their own. It 's a story without end. "

Eos, the goddess of the dawn, kidnapped Titone, the handsome Trojan prince. Madly in love asked Zeus to make him immortal, but forgot to ask for eternal youth. Tithonus and Eos inexorably began to grow old decided to stick with it.
So much for the myth. But that was not the end of their history, rather a new beginning. Why, we know, the goddess Sempregiovane rises every day on the horizon and the Immortal Titone, veteran of many adventures, is still alive somewhere. What has become of their love? In this book, the myth continues. It has to do with each of us.
